Dr. Marco Tassella / CV
Marco Tassella is a researcher in moral philosophy, specializing in free will, moral responsibility, and moral AI.
He holds a double PhD degree in Moral Philosophy and Contemporary Humanism (LUMSA University, Rome / Catholic University of Lyon), with a dissertation on libertarian free will, and the ethical potential of AI.
He is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Philosophy in Zagreb, within the project AI, Autonomy and Justice.
His research interests range from the contemporary free will debate, to moral enhancement and the ethical implications of automation.
Alongside his academic work, he also pursues interests in translation, Japanese studies, and game design.
